Every item in Ansyrs opens to the same card: what the brand declares, what it flags as may-contain, the full macro breakdown, and the brand's own statement — together, in plain language.

Privacy

Privacy isn't a feature here.
It's the business model.

There is no ad network to please and no data buyer to serve. Ansyrs is funded by the people using it, which means you are the customer — not the inventory.

Built for iOS

A focused iPhone app, using the platform's own privacy primitives.

Where the data comes from

Built by hand, brand by brand.

Ansyrs isn't a scraper with a nice interface. Menus, modifiers, ingredients, and allergen matrices are modeled by people, checked against each restaurant's own published data, and revisited on a rolling schedule.

Sourced, not scraped

Reviewed by people

User reports go into a review queue and get checked before anything ships — never auto-published.

No AI hallucinations

We don't fabricate ingredients. If we don't have it verified, we don't show it.

Revisited on schedule

Menus and allergen statements change. Brands get re-checked, and updated items surface first.

The catalog grows every day. Our team reviews submitted brands and menu items before adding them. If a brand isn't already in the database, you can submit it from search for review.

Community reporting

See something off? Tell us.

Ansyrs is a ground-up, human-curated database — and reports from people who actually eat the food are part of how it stays that way. Flag an allergen mismatch, a wrong macro, or a stale menu entry in a few taps.

Correct allergens and tags

Flag missing may-contain notes or wrong dietary tags per item.

Fix macros in one tap

Report inaccurate calories, protein, carbs, or fat with the current value shown.

Reviewed by humans

Every report is checked against the restaurant's published data before we update.

No account required

Reports aren't linked to your Ansyrs account. No tracking, and no personal info needed.

Reports feed a curated review queue — not an auto-publish pipeline. Verified corrections roll out to everyone on the next update.

What Ansyrs can't do

Ansyrs organizes what restaurants report. It can't see inside the kitchen you're ordering from. Preparation, shared equipment, and regional suppliers vary by location, so cross-contact is always possible — and no app can rule it out. If you have a severe allergy or celiac disease, confirm with the restaurant every time. We'd rather say this plainly, up front, than bury it under a checkmark.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Does Ansyrs track me or show ads?

No. There are no third-party trackers, no ad networks, and no behavioral profiling. We don't collect location history or browsing habits, and we don't share data with advertisers.

Does Ansyrs sell or share my data?

No. Your data isn't sold, rented, or shared with data brokers. The app is designed to be useful without collecting more than it needs, and what it does collect stays with you.

How accurate are the allergen and nutrition details?

Ansyrs organizes information reported by restaurants, which can change over time. Ingredients, preparation methods, and cross-contact risks vary by location - always confirm directly with the restaurant, especially if you have severe allergies or celiac disease.

Can I use Ansyrs without an internet connection?

Basic browsing of previously loaded menus works offline. Scanning new items and fetching the latest menu data requires a connection. We don't overpromise full offline support, but the core experience degrades gracefully when connectivity is spotty.

What data does the app actually collect?

Only what's needed to function: your scan history and journal entries are stored locally or with minimal account data if you sign in. We don't collect device identifiers, location history, or usage patterns for analytics.

What restaurants are supported?

Popular fast food and build-your-own brands including Chipotle, McDonald's, CAVA, BIBIBOP, Wendy's, Taco Bell, Sweetgreen, Chopt, Culver's, Church's Texas Chicken, and more.
